READ ALL BEFORE ORDERING
✧ Think your order through about two times and please look at the refunds section. ✧
I. By commissioning me you agree to the following
✮ I make only digital art, which means there'll be no exchange of physical goods.
✮ I maintain all the rights to the finished artwork, meaning; posting it on my socials/portfolio, using it as a work example etc.
✮ I will not profit further from the commissioned work.
✮ I reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
✮ You cannot trace, copy or claim the artwork as your own, nor remove the watermark. As long as credit is given, you may use the artwork anywhere excluding commercial use.
✮ Only the commissioner can repost the artwork. Credit should be given to me always.
✮ All drawings may or will include a subtle watermark that you may not remove.II. General and Payment
✮ Make sure to be clear what you aim for in your order.
✮ Please do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and sent you an invoice on PayPal.
✮ Commissions are always paid 100% before hand .
✮ I will ALWAYS ask your opinion while working on the sketch process and the finished lineart. After you accept the lineart I won't send anymore wip pictures unless I'm asked to. All wips will be watermarked.
✮ The time to finish your commission may vary from 2-10 weeks depending on the complexity of the artwork and other factors. Please be patient and understanding.
✮ Deadlines and rush jobs can be discussed, but they might come with extra fees.
✮ After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made (such as small coloring mistakes or background color if it's solid color). Any bigger changes (such as adding or deleting something) will come with an extra charge, unless the mistake was something that I have overlooked.
✮ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image and one without background. Other files might be discussed. I can either use google drive or send them by e-mail.III. Refunds
✮ Refunds cannot be made after I start working on the artwork.
✮ If I cannot finish the commission for any personal reason you'll get a refund.
✮ If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
✮ If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.IV. Customer satisfaction
✮ If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
✮ I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.
✮ Anything might be discussed but remember that I reserve the right to decline anything I feel uncomfortable with.
